Troy Wason shares his transformational journey from self-professed introvert to natural-born extrovert or ‘schmoozer’ and discusses how information professionals can learn to open doors to opportunities -personally and professionally - with the gentle, but somewhat lost art of schmoozing. His personal insights into the often conflicting duality of face-to-face relationship building will exemplify how natural conversation can be life changing for not only ourselves but for the people we have just met in our business and personal lives.
