Matthew Von Hendy is the principal and owner of Green Heron Information Services which was founded in 2012. During this time, he has negotiated a range of proposals and contracts with very big and very small clients.  He has experienced the ups and downs of this process and remembers well the first contract that he ever negotiated as an independent information owner and how he survived that experience (hint:  AIIP helped!).
